Please note that, in addition to a PCR negative test, all international travelers have to complete a Traveler’s Health Declaration form before departure, to be presented upon arrival https://formulario.anvisa.gov.br/

Entry Visa and Other Important Documents

 

1.       All individuals are required to verify if they need a visa to enter BRAZIL. VISA requirement can be found here (LINK). Check if you need an official invitation letter, and if yes request it from CBV (National Federation), with the documents/information required, no later than Monday October 18th, 2021. Please send all information to voleidepraia@volei.org.br .

Required documents/Information:

a.       Good quality passport copy

b.       Booked flight

 

2.       Please click HERE to see the current list of risk countries that will need to quarantine upon arrival.

 

3.       Submit your team travel information via the BVB30 and BVB31 until -5 days from arrival in Brazil. Any forms sent in a shorter period, can and may result in a non-pick-up situation.
