The Organizers bear the expense of Main Draw Athletes board and lodging from 18th of June until the day after their elimination (check out after Breakfast).

The Main Draw Athletes will have breakfast at the Hotel Villa Maria Regina. They will have their other daily meals at the Venue Players Lounge. Hotel Villa Maria Regina rooms are available for Main Draw Athletes who choose to arrive one or more days before the beginning of the event (15/16/17 June). Main Draw Athletes interested in arriving before the 18th June must make a reservation in writing to: accommodation@beachvolleyroma.it In case of positive feedback the guests are required to send to the hotel by email their credit card details or to pay in advance by bank transfer.

Availability will not be guaranteed for Main Draw Athletes, who ask to stay one or more days after their elimination. However the guests should ask the Hotel Villa Maria Regina reception about possible availability.

Unfortunately rooms are not available during the Tournament for Coaches Physiotherapists and athletes’ family members who want to stay with the Main Draw Teams. The Organizer has booked 10 rooms until 15 May for them at the Hotel Excel Montemario (see below - close to “Villa Maria Regina Hotel”). They can make a reservation until May 15 in writing to: accommodation@beachvolleyroma.it If the reservation is confirmed, the guests are kindly required to send their credit card details as a guarantee (by email directly to the Hotel, or to pay in advance for the whole stay by bank transfer to confirm the reservation).

Please contact the hotels using the email address provided mentioning that the booking is for participants in the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Grand Slam in Rome to benefit from the special room rate. It is advisable to book as early as possible as June is high season in Rome.

Terms of booking and confirmation: Customers can send their requests via email at hotel. They will receive (within 12 hours of the request)  two forms attached: 1st form containing all the information from the customer about the type of reservation request (name, arrival, departure, etc..) and 2nd form with the details of credit card for authorization of the amount's withdrawal in accordance with the booking and cancelation policy specified on the same form.
