Twelve teams compete in the 2023-2024 season of the Italian men’s volleyball SuperLega Credem Banca. The first stage of the competition, the home-and-away double round-robin regular season, is played between October 22, 2023 and March 3, 2024.

The winning team of each 3-0 or 3-1 match receives 3 points. The winning team of each 3-2 match receives 2 points. The losing team of each 3-2 match receives 1 point. The total number of points collected is the first classification criterion for the regular season standings. The next tie-breaking criteria are the number of matches won, the set ratio and the point ratio, in that order.

The top eight teams of the final regular season standings advance to the quarterfinal playoffs, with the teams placed higher in the table enjoying a home-court advantage if a playoff series is pushed to a deciding match. The winners of the quarterfinal playoffs advance to the semifinal playoffs. The winners of the semifinal playoffs advance to the championship final, which determines the 2024 Italian national champion.
