Kawka Waldemar: "We analyzed our opponent and we won"

 

Leon, Mexico, July 12, 2019 - Poland’s head coach Kawka Waldemar analysed Egypt before and they got the expected result beating the African champion 3-0 (25-17, 25-14, 25-11) at the first day of the FIVB Women’s U20 World Championship in Leon, Mexico. 

Kawka Waldemar, head coach of Poland: “This is our first match, we analysed our opponent and we won, we got the result. Tomorrow will be a very difficult match, we are planning to do our best and we will do it.” 

Paulina Zaborowska, captain of Poland: “This was a difficult match because we did not know about Egypt before because it is an African team and we only know about the teams around Europe. Tomorrow will be a difficult match against China but we are going to show our game.”

Mohamed Ahmed, head coach of Egypt: “Poland has more experience than us, we are in a tough group but we are trying to do our best. We arrived in advance to play some friendly matches and now our aim is to improve our previous results

Nourallah Amin, captain of Egypt: “We feel sad now, but we did a good job and the result was not that bad. Tomorrow we will try to do our best in a very tough game.”
