Robin de Kruijf
In June 2008 Robin de Kruijf made her debut in the national team in the
match against Cuba at the Montreux Volley Masters. So far (01-05-2018), De
Kruijf has played 328 international matches for her country. With the Dutch
national team the skilled middle blocker conquered silver at the 2009 European
Championship in Poland, silver at the 2015 European Championship in The
Netherlands and silver at the 2017 European Championship in Azerbaijan.
In 2016 De Kruijf and her team won bronze in the
World Grand Prix and ended on a historical fourth place in the Rio Olympics. In
the 2018-2019 season De Kruijf played for the Italian club Imoco Volley
Conegliano. De Kruijf started playing volleyball at Taurus (Houten).
