FIVB mourns passing of Mohamed Hamdi

 

The FIVB is saddened by the loss of former Moroccan Royal Volleyball Federation (FRMVB) President Mr Mohamed Hamdi, a loyal member of the global Volleyball Family for many years.

Hamdi played for the Moroccan national volleyball team before leading the FRMVB during a golden era of volleyball in the country. In addition, he previously served as the African Volleyball Confederation (CAVB) Vice President and was a member of the Arab Volleyball Association (AVA).

The FIVB will remember Mr Mohamed Hamdi for his unwavering devotion to volleyball, and his determination to develop the sport in his home country of Morocco and around the world.
