Before Travel - Entry Requirements

1. Check if you need a visa, and if yes request it from the organizer, with the documents/information required, no later than February 8th 2021. Please send all information to volleyball@olympic.qa with copy to dohabubble@fivb.com . Required documents/Information:

• Good quality passport copy

• Booked flight

• Detailed rooming list

2. Request Exceptional Entry Permit from the organizer, all participants will need this important document to be able to enter Qatar. Each team should send the required documents/information of each member of your Team Delegation (both athletes, coach, physiotherapist, etc), no later than February 8th 2021, to volleyball@olympic.qa with copy to dohabubble@fivb.com:

• Good quality passport copy

• Arrival/Departure dates and Booked flight

3. Present upon arrival an individual declaration of honour and liability release waiver on the absence of symptoms for at least 14 days per delegate.
