The Brazilians won back-to-back World League titles again in 2009 and 2010, three successive titles at the World Championship in 2002, 2006, 2010 and two at the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Cup in 2003 and 2007. His career was by a third Olympic title on home soil in Rio.
Under Dal Zotto, Brazil’s medal-winning tradition continued immediately, taking silver in the 2017 FIVB World League and won the gold medal in the South American Games and in the FIVB World Grand Champions Cup.
